Refund policy
Refunds (if applicable)
We will only refund your payment for any of the following conditions for up to 30 days after your purchase date:
- if you have not received your order.
- if you accidentally placed an order and it has not shipped out yet.
- if you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
Please note any shipping fees will not be refunded. However, we will cover shipping fees on return orders. To request a refund please contact us at orders@pame.care with your order number and details of the reason for your request.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show up in your bank account.
